Surfing Lake Michigan is completely different than surfing the ocean. The waves are shorter, softer, and more “mushy,” which means the right surfboard makes all the difference. Every board we carry at Stoke Riders is hand-picked and tested on Lake Michigan, from Chicago to Grand Haven, St. Joseph, and Muskegon.
